ITS 2025 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Dates Authors registration: until April 30, 2025.
Onsite attendees’ registration (for authors): until May 15, 2025.
Online attendees’ and non-authors interested in attending registration: until May 30, 2025.
General Information on Registration
• All dates refer to the Pacific Time Zone
• All fees refer to Euros (€).
• Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed.
Authors’ Registration: At least one author of each accepted full paper/short paper/poster must register until April 30, 2025, the latest, so that their accepted submission appears in the Conference Proceedings. published by Springer.

REGISTRATION FEES
• If you are the “Registering Author” for one or more full paper/short paper/ poster, please put its/their ID(s) in the corresponding field of the registration form so that your accepted submission(s) is/are included in Springer’s proceedings. Authors of more than one paper have to pay 300 € for each extra paper.
• In case of multiple papers registration, any of the co authors of the paper can register as the Registering Author. Authors’ registration fee for each paper (300 €) allows publication of the accepted submission to Spinger’s Proceedings.
• If the only Registering Athor for the conference is a student, the full author’s registration fee should be paid (online attendance: 300 €, onsite attendance: 480 €).
• Co-authors of registered papers can attend the conference online free of charge, or onsite at a fee of 180 €. Registration is required through the ITS2025 registration platform (Name and Surname, Email, Affiliation and ID of the registered paper).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION OF NON-AUTHORS
• Non-authors interested in attending the ITS2025 Conference onsite can participate at a fee of 180 € which includes coffee breaks, lunches and a welcome reception. Registration is required through the ITS2025 registration platform.
• Students interested in attending the ITS2025 Conference onsite can participate at a reduced fee of 160 € which includes coffee breaks, lunches and a welcome reception. Registration is required through the ITS2025 registration platform. While registering, students have to upload their student ID to opt for the reduced fee registration.
REGISTRATION FOR THE BANQUET DINNER
For those who wish to come to the Banquet dinner (registered authors/conference participants), a 55 € should be paid through the ITS2025 registration platform. Registered participants, who wish to bring family members or friends to the Banquet dinner, have also to pay 55 € through the ITS2025 registration platform for each additional person.

All registered ITS2025 participants are given temporary free 4-week access to the online version of the Conference Proceedings on SpringerLink.

Authors should submit their details in the registration form. Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed. Registered authors will view the deposit instructions during checkout. After the bank deposit has been successfully verified, the authors will receive a confirmation of the successful registration.
Registration of authors should be completed by April 30, 2025.
Authors should indicate whether they need an invoice for their institution and submit all the information needed (Name of Institution, Address of Institution, VAT, Paper ID) or a simple receipt for their personal use. In case of payments from European accounts the VAT number of institution or individual author should be presented for the issuing of the invoice/receipt.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration but may nominate an alternative person to present their paper.
Other registrants receive a 50% refund upon cancellation until May 15, 2025, and a 20% refund upon cancellation until May 30, 2024. There will be no refund after May 31, 2025.
A certificate of participation in ITS2025 will be sent, via email, after the end of the ITS2025 Conference, to ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.
