Conference Registration

Conference fees include free attendance to the main conference, conference material, e-licenses for the proceedings, full catering and a cocktail reception.

Relevant deadlines and prices vary in regards to the time of registration (Early Registration, Regular Registration and On-Site Registration) and to the category of the participant (Author Registration, Regular Registration and Student Registration). Information can be found on the conference website and may be updated, revised, supplemented, modified, or amended at any time.

Registration is completed until payment is processed and confirmed.

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper/poster must register before the relevant registration deadline, paying a full regular registration fee for his/her work to appear in the conference proceedings. This “registering author” for a work should put the paper/poster ID in the corresponding registration form so that his/her work is included in the conference proceedings.
If the only author registering for the conference is a student, the full regular registration fee should be paid. Additional authors can register as regular or student with a proof of student status.
Authors of more than one accepted work, need to register only once for up to two (2) full/ short papers/posters. Anything beyond that requires another full registration.

Student Registration

Students must provide proof of student status. Documentation (valid student ID and university current semester registration and/or letter from faculty or department) should be provided in .pdf format during registration.

Regular Registration

All participants who do not belong to any of the above categories should pay the regular participants fees.
Registration Cancellation

Cancellation

Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration in case they cannot attend the conference, but they may nominate an alternative person to present their paper, if they wish to.

Other registrants receive a 40%, a 20% or a 0% refund on cancellation, before the relevant deadline depending on the cancellation time as indicated on the corresponding conference website.
