REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ITS2026 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Authors’ Registration: At least one author of each accepted full paper/short paper/poster must register until May 05, 2026, at the latest, so that their accepted submission appears in the Conference Proceedings published by Springer.
Online attendance for all is free of charge, but attendees should register by June 01, 2026 on the registration platform.
Onsite attendance for all: authors, co-authors and non-authors should register to attend onsite at an extra fee (see table bellow):

General Information on Registration
• All dates refer to the Pacific Time Zone
• All fees refer to Euros (€).
• Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed.
• Students have to upload their student ID to opt for the reduced fee registration.

• If you are the “Registering Author” for one or more full paper/short paper/ poster, please put its/their ID(s) in the corresponding field of the registration form so that your accepted submission(s) is/are included in Springer’s proceedings. Authors of more than one paper have to pay 350€ for each extra paper.
• In case of multiple papers registration, any of the co authors of the paper can register as the Registering Author. Authors’ registration fee for each paper (350€) allows publication of the accepted submission to Spinger’s Proceedings.
• If the only Registering Author for the conference is a student, the full author’s registration fee should be paid (350€).
• Co-authors of registered papers can attend the conference online free of charge, or onsite* at a fee indicated in the table above depending on the category (Early Bird, Regular, Late registration).
Authors are kindly encouraged to complete a single combined payment covering all selected items, including paper registration, any additional paper, and onsite attendance (if applicable).
Registration is required through the ITS2026 registration platform (Name and Surname, Email, Affiliation and ID of the registered paper).
*Registration for onsite attendance includes light lunches, all day coffee breaks, reception and welfare dinner.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION OF NON-AUTHORS
• Non-authors interested in attending the ITS2026 Conference onsite* can participate at a fee as indicated in the table above depending on the category (Early Bird, Regular, Late)
• Students interested in attending the ITS2026 Conference onsite* can participate at a reduced fee as indicated in the table above depending on the category (Early Bird, Regular, Late). While registering, students have to upload their student ID to opt for the reduced fee registration.
*Registration for onsite attendance includes light lunches, all day coffee breaks, reception and welfare dinner.
BENEFITS FOR ITS2026 REGISTRANTS
All registered ITS2026 participants are given temporary free 4-week access to the online version of the Conference Proceedings on SpringerLink after the Conference.

Authors are kindly encouraged to complete a single combined payment covering all selected items, including paper registration, any additional paper, and onsite or online attendance (if applicable).
Authors should indicate whether they need an invoice for their institution and submit all the information needed (Name of Institution, Address of Institution, VAT, Paper ID) or a simple receipt for their personal use. In case of payments from European accounts the VAT number of institution or individual author should be presented for the issuing of the invoice/receipt.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration but may nominate an alternative person to present their paper.
Other registrants for onsite attendance receive a 30% refund upon cancellation until May 05, 2026. There will be no refund after May 05, 2026.
A certificate of participation in ITS2026 will be sent, via email, after the end of the ITS2026 Conference, to ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.
